About The Role:
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Zeal, you’ll lead the creation of impactful corporate designs, presentations, sales decks, and social media visuals. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effectively communicate key messages. This role demands a blend of creative vision, technical skill, and the ability to engage stakeholders through compelling visuals. By driving the visual direction of our marketing campaigns, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity across all platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of media, including social media content, marketing materials, corporate branding, and print designs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging graphics that resonate with our target audience on social media platforms.
- Lead the design and production of printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and corporate reports, ensuring they align with our brand’s standards.
- Design and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all company materials and communications.
- Utilize 3D models, rendering, to create immersive visuals for both digital and print campaigns.
- Mentor junior designer, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in corporate designs such as presentations, booklets, case studies, and sales decks.
- Proven experience in social media content creation, printed materials, corporate branding, and 3D graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and any 3D design software (Blender, Maya, or similar).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and calls.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver fresh and innovative design solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A background in corporate/startup environments is highly valued; agency experience is also welcome.
- Familiarity with the Fintech sector is a significant plus, as effective communication and understanding of this niche are crucial for success in this role.
