About the role: As a Technical Sales Lead, you will be responsible for implementing strategies and processes to increase revenue streams in our white-labelling business unit. You will be working with the sales team to build strong relationships with potential business partners and manage deals to reach the company's growth targets. You will be expected to identify new market opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and manage merchant relationships. The ideal candidate should be a confident, well-presented leader with an understanding of how tech companies work and the importance of partnerships in boosting a company's growth.

As the Technical Sales Lead at Zeal, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with potential business partners to reach the company's growth targets
  • Giving business demos to prospects, and preparing proposals (RFPs)
  • Working as the customer interface to define project scope, understand client requests, and deliver ARDs (App Required Documents) to the Product Team
  • Ensuring products delivered match objectives and requirements within given time frames
  • Administering Commercial and Financial arrangements with clients to include billing, invoicing, and incentives where appropriate
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
  • Creating and maintaining a pipeline of potential business partners and tracking progress against sales targets
  • Collaborating with the Product team to ensure the development of white-label solutions that meet customer needs and differentiate the company from competitors
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Sales or a relevant role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented and extremely positive attitude
