About The Role:

As a Copywriter at Zeal, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content that resonates with our target audience, which includes both customers and merchants. Your role will be critical in establishing and maintaining a consistent brand voice and ensuring that our brand messaging is compelling and aligned with our business objectives. You will own content marketing end-to-end, including blog writing and script development for various channels, such as our blog, email campaigns, and other relevant platforms. Your work will directly contribute to building brand loyalty and driving the growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality blog posts and develop compelling stories (scripts) for our blog, email campaigns, and other relevant marketing channels.
  • Take full ownership of content marketing, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
  • Build and maintain a solid and consistent brand tone of voice that resonates with both our customers and merchants.
  • Develop and publish all brand written communications end-to-end, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and marketing materials that foster brand loyalty and support business growth.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics and analyze competition activities to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences. Share frequent reports with the team to help us make informed decisions.

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing and content creation, particularly in a financial startup or related industry.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail in both Arabic and English.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
    • Ability to adapt and write for different audiences, including customers and merchants.
    • A creative mindset and the ability to think strategically about content development.
    • Experience in developing and maintaining a brand tone of voice.
    • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive intelligence.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • A self-motivated, organized, and proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
