About The Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated professionals with sound business insight and natural sales instincts to join, and help build, our Sales Development team. You will be a brand ambassador for Zeal, identifying and qualifying prospective inbound sellers while promoting the value of Zeal for their business. Based in central London, our modern and creative office space is perfect for those who want to start their sales career with a team of staff who will invest in your career development. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll understand the diverse needs of merchants of all shapes and sizes. You will efficiently manage a high volume of inbound prospects with your strong process focused approach to work. You will ask thoughtful questions to quickly build trust and understand the specific pains and goals of each individual seller, and uncover how Zeal's Whitelabel App can help.
As a Sales Development Representative at Zeal, you will be expected to:
- Manage a diverse pipeline of marketing-driven inbound businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles.
- Reach out to businesses in your pipeline at scale through calls and emails to maximize successful connections.
- Drive urgency through a solutions based sales approach, quickly qualifying a fit for Zeal, then proceed to close the sale.
- Grow in a collaborative, innovative, fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
- Be a brand ambassador for Zeal and create a fantastic first impression with merchants using storytelling, case studies and other materials to inspire them about the benefits Zeal would bring to their business.
