About The Role:
We are in search of a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to take charge of our quality assurance initiatives. As a Senior QA, you will oversee test planning, test case design, and execution, with a focus on identifying defects and issues in our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide the testing process, and provide critical feedback to developers and stakeholders.
Your Main Responsibilities Are to:
- Lead and manage test planning and test case design efforts.
- Conduct manual and automated testing, including API testing using Postman.
- Review and analyze requirements and user stories to ensure comprehensive testing.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Provide strategic feedback to developers and stakeholders on product quality and usability.
- Oversee and optimize performance testing efforts.
- Champion the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Engineering) preferred or equivalent technical job experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
- ISTQB certification is a strong advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling you to clearly articulate application defects.
- Excellent time management skills, enabling you to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in both automation & manual testing
- Expertise in automated testing tools, such as Playwright.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a must.
- Proven experience in performance testing and test leadership.
