About The Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our brand's digital presence, crafting engaging content, and implementing strategic campaigns. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging networks.
  • Create and curate compelling, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, ensuring consistency and resonance with the target audience.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, analyzing and optimizing performance while adhering to allocated budgets and KPIs.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, keeping the team updated on new opportunities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media activities with overall marketing efforts, campaigns, and company goals.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, maintaining an engaging and responsive presence on all platforms.
  • Generate reports on social media metrics and performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a creative talent for content creation and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success in creating engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret social media performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and experience in running successful paid campaigns.
  • Creativity and an eye for design to produce visually appealing content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and online branding is a plus.
